In his role as Head of Operations, Merick is responsible for implementing and optimizing service delivery processes for the company’s fleet management solution providers. These partners manage their service operations on the 3Dtracking platform. Merick and his team are currently expanding training, support, and other resources available to make sure the company’s partners can achieve their ongoing operational objectives and strategic growth plans with the 3Dtracking platform.

Merick brings a wealth of experience from across the telematics industry, including senior management roles in business development, operations, compliance, and technical support. Prior to joining 3Dtracking, Merick managed a network of distribution partners in 28 countries across Africa and the Middle East for a leading provider of asset tracking devices for stolen vehicle recovery and other telematics security applications.
